All services are provided by a GMC-registered medical doctor and are subject to clinical assessment and professional judgement.
Clarity Medicine does not replace your GP, NHS specialist, or emergency services. Patients are encouraged to remain registered with an NHS GP and to seek NHS or emergency care when appropriate.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Submission of a request or payment does not guarantee that:

a medical letter, certificate or sick note will be provided

a DVLA, council, employer, insurer or third party will accept any document
All decisions are made case-by-case following clinical assessment.
DVLA, Taxi and Occupational Medicals
DVLA D4, taxi, private-hire and occupational medical examinations:

reflect findings on the day of assessment

rely on information declared by the patient

are completed honestly and accurately
Final licensing decisions rest solely with DVLA or the relevant licensing authority, not with Clarity Medicine or the examining doctor.
Medical Letters, Certificates and Sick Notes
Medical letters, certificates and sick notes:

are based on clinical assessment at the time of consultation

reflect functional ability and clinical opinion at that time

cannot be guaranteed to meet the requirements of third parties
Clarity Medicine cannot alter, omit or misrepresent clinical information.
Emergencies and Urgent Symptoms
Clarity Medicine does not provide emergency care.
