Clarity Medicine is an independent, doctor-led clinical navigation service operated by Dr Ali Khalil, a GMC-registered medical doctor.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Clarity Medicine services and website.

2. Scope of Services

Clarity Medicine provides:

  • Review of patient-provided clinical information

  • Independent, personalised searches for clinical trials or research options

  • Structured summaries to support discussions with treating clinicians

We do not:

  • Provide treatment

  • Give medical advice

  • Enrol patients into trials

  • Communicate with trial sponsors on a patient’s behalf unless explicitly agreed

3. Eligibility to Use the Service

Services are available to:

  • Adult patients (18+)

  • Parents or legal guardians acting on behalf of a child

  • Authorised representatives acting with patient consent

By using the service, you confirm you have authority to share the relevant information.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are fixed, transparent, and agreed in advance

  • Fees cover professional time and expertise

  • Fees are not linked to outcomes, enrolment, or access to treatment

  • Payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed

5. No Outcome-Based Fees

Clarity Medicine does not charge:

  • Success fees

  • Commission

  • Fees contingent on trial access or outcomes

6. Reports and Information Provided

Reports are based on:

  • Publicly available information at the time of search

  • Patient-provided clinical details

Clinical trials and research opportunities may change after reports are delivered.

Reports are intended to:

  • Support understanding

  • Facilitate discussion with clinicians

They are not a substitute for medical advice.

7. Patient Responsibilities

Patients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Inform Clarity Medicine of any relevant changes

  • Use information responsibly and discuss it with treating clinicians

Clarity Medicine is not responsible for decisions made without clinical consultation.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Patient information is treated confidentially

  • Data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws

  • We do not sell or share patient data for marketing or commercial purposes
