How It Works for Doctors

Complete the Referral Form for Patient 

The clinician fills out a short, structured referral form including:

​

  • Diagnosis + Disease Characteristics

  • Key medical history and essential medical information

  • Treatments given so far

  • Any urgent concerns

The form also contains:

  •  Patient consent section

  •  Clarity Medicine contact details

  •  A QR code linking the patient directly to us

 

Once completed, provide the form to the patient to take home.

Patient Contacts Us Directly 

Using the QR code or the contact details provided, the patient (or family member) sends us:

  • A photo of the referral form

  • Their preferred date and time to be contacted

 

We guide the patient step-by-step to collect any additional documents required.

We Conduct a Full Trial Search 

Our medical team performs an independent global search across major clinical trial registries, matching:

  • Diagnosis, staging (if applicable), severity, clinical details

  • Prior treatments

  • Biomarkers or genetic mutations etc (if applicable and available)

  • Eligibility and exclusion criteria

  • Operational feasibility (travel, visit schedule, local tests)

  • Benefit Risk Balance

We Produce a Full Structured Report 

The Report includes:

  • A list of all trials identified via global registry search (eligible + not eligible)

  • Eligibility assessment and matching summary

  • Geographic and feasibility considerations

  • Key inclusion/ exclusion notes

The referring physician remains the sole decision-maker regarding trial suitability, referral and enrolment.

  • Explaining the process to the patient

All actions are carried out on behalf of the patient, with clinical responsibility remaining entirely with the treating physician.
