What We Do
NHS Doctors Are Experts in Treating Disease
But They Do Not Have The Time or Infrastructure
To Search Every Global Clinical Trial
Across Multiple Countries
For Each Individual Patient
Clarity Medicine provides independent searches by experienced medical doctors in the UK of publicly available clinical-trial registries to help you understand:
-
Which clinical trials might be relevant for your condition
-
Who is likely to be eligible (and who is not)
-
Where trials are located and what visits are required
-
Which tests and documents are normally needed
-
What can be done locally vs. at the trial centre
-
The practical steps to express interest in a trial and application for enrollment
We also offer medical explanation support to help you and your family understand diagnoses, scan reports, blood tests, treatment options, and guideline recommendations — so you can have clearer, more focused conversations with your own doctors.
How It Works for Patients
1
Share Your Medical Information
Download your Referral Form and give it to your doctor.
Your doctor will fill out a short, structured referral form including:
-
Your diagnosis and key disease details (for example, stage or severity, etc.)
-
Important medical history
-
Treatments you have already received
-
Your main questions, priorities, or worries
-
Provide you with copies or photos of clinic letters, test results, or reports (if available)
Your data are handled securely and used only for the purpose of preparing your report, in line with our privacy policy.
Send us the Form
Using our website, email, or WhatsApp, you (or a family member) can:
-
Upload your documents or send clear photos of letters and reports
-
Tell us your preferred contact method (email, phone, video call)
-
Make a secure payment on our website
We will guide you step-by-step if anything is missing or unclear.
2
We Conduct a Full Trial Search & Medical Review
Our medical team carries out an independent global search across major clinical-trial registries, matching as closely as possible to your situation:
-
Diagnosis, stage, severity, and clinical details
-
Prior treatments and current medications
-
Biomarkers or genetic results (if available)
-
Eligibility and exclusion criteria
-
Practical considerations (travel distance, visit frequency, local tests, expenses)
-
Overall benefit–risk balance
Where appropriate, we may also:
-
Summarise current guideline-based treatment options
-
Highlight key questions to discuss with your own doctor
We Produce a Structured, Easy-to-Read Report
Your report includes:
-
A list of trials identified from global registry searches
-
Trials that you may be eligible for, and those you are unlikely to qualify for, with reasons
-
Geographical and feasibility considerations (location, visit burden, likely costs such as travel/accommodation)
-
Important inclusion / exclusion notes in plain language
-
Practical next steps and suggestions on how to express interest in a trial
All medical decisions about whether a trial or treatment is suitable for you remain the responsibility of your treating physician.
3
You Review the Report With Your Doctor and Decide on Next Steps
You receive your structured report in a format you can easily share with your doctor or specialist.
Together with your healthcare team, you can then:
-
Choose which trials (if any) are worth exploring
-
Decide whether to stay with current treatment, change treatment, or consider a trial
-
Plan any additional tests or documents that may be needed
We can support you by:
-
Helping to prepare information and documents requested by clinical trial teams
-
Contacting trial coordinators to clarify eligibility or logistics
-
Clarifying the process and what to expect, in language you can understand
All actions are taken on your behalf and with your consent, but clinical responsibility always remains with your treating physician.

How Much Does It Cost?
Clear Fair and Transparent
Clinical Trial Search & Eligibility Review
£150
Trial Coordination, Application & Ongoing Support (Optional)
£300
1- Clinical Trial Search & Eligibility Review
£150 (one-off fee)
This covers a full, independent medical analysis by our doctors.
It includes:
-
A personalised global search for all relevant clinical trials (UK, Europe, US, Middle East)
-
Detailed eligibility screening against every single trial’s medical criteria
-
A feasibility assessment (travel, visit frequency, safety tests, time commitment)
-
Review of recruitment availability and likelihood of acceptance
-
A clear written medical report for you and your treating doctor
-
A lay summary to help you understand your options
-
Practical next steps tailored to your condition
Why £150?
Because this is not an automated search.
Each report requires 2–4 hours of medical review, including:
Clinical interpretation
Trial-matching
Reviewing pathology / imaging / medical notes
Single-patient feasibility screening
This fee reflects the time and clinical expertise required to produce a high-quality, safe, and accurate assessment.
For many patients, this is all they need.
2- Trial Coordination, Application & Ongoing Support
£300 (Optional)
If a suitable clinical trial is identified and you want full support with next steps, this service includes:
-
Preparing the application
-
Contacting the trial site on your behalf
-
Sending your medical information safely (with consent)
-
Coordinating with investigators and study nurses
-
Clarifying visit schedules, travel logistics, accommodation if needed
-
Identifying which tests can be done locally to reduce cost and travel
-
Supporting you through pre-screening, screening, and during the study
-
Answering medical questions throughout the journey
Why £300?
This stage requires:
-
Clinical interpretation
-
Coordinating multiple departments
-
Reviewing screening requirements
-
Communicating with international trial sites
-
Helping you prepare medically and logistically
This is a fraction of what most medical navigation services charge privately (£800–£2,000+), but still reflects the significant medical time involved.
If More Than One Trial Is Suitable - Discount Included
Many patients qualify for more than one trial.
If you wish to apply to more than one trial, the additional application support is:
£150 per extra trial (Instead of £300 each)
This is because much of the medical groundwork is already done during the first application.
What If No Suitable Trials Are Found
This is common and not a failure
If we do not find trials that are suitable for you, you will receive:
-
A full breakdown of why each trial was excluded
-
A summary of ongoing research & new treatments coming
-
Expected dates for future trials
-
A personalised re-evaluation plan including:
Free monthly re-check service and if new trials open, you will be notified at no extra cost
Free monthly re-check of the latest treatment guidelines and recommendations relevant to your condition
This keeps you supported and reduces stress and uncertainty.
